Zibby Owens is mom of four and the creator and host of the award-winning podcast Moms Don’t Have Time to Read Books, as well as her newly launched podcast Moms Don’t Have Time to Lose Weight. She is a regular contributor to ABC’s Good Morning America and her writing has appeared in The Washington Post, Real Simple, Parents, Marie Claire, Redbook, the New York Times online, and many other publications.
