In this new episode, Dr. Dan interviews adventure expert and author Hans Aschim. Hans is a journalist, world traveler, outdoor industry brand consultant, and proud uncle. He advocates for adventure – in your own backyard or beyond – and powering down technology in order to get outside more.

His debut book, How to Go Anywhere (and Not Get Lost) , will inspire children and parents to learn how to navigate their world while also enjoying the journey. Hans has traveled the world writing for Outside, Esquire, Men’s Journal, and other publications. He mentors children for the sports and outdoors nonprofit, Stoked, and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
